3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
5. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
6. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or error.

2. Shipping fees: Our shipping fees are a flat rate of £10 per oder. 
3. Processing time: If you place your order before 4pm on a working day, you order will be shipped the same day.
